Exchange & Return Policy

All our products are custom-made and carefully crafted upon customer request, based on approved specifications prior to production, ensuring exclusivity and premium quality.

Accordingly, Returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has started, Except in the following limited cases only:

• Manufacturing defects in the product.
• Errors in order execution caused by us.
• Receiving a product that does not match the agreed specifications.

Conditions for Acceptance:

• The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Clear photos showing the issue must be provided.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

In approved cases, we will bear all costs related to replacement or return, including shipping.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after order confirmation.
• Incorrect selection of size, color, or design by the customer.
• Improper use or damage after delivery.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders may be canceled only if production has not started yet.
• Once production begins, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.
• Customers may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order. Approval of cancellation depends on whether the production process has started or not.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
