Shipping Policy

Please make sure that the shipping system suits you before placing your order.

Delivery Time (Delivery – Exchange/Return): 5 to 10 working days (Friday is off).

The courier will contact the customer on the delivery day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Delivery timing depends on the courier’s route within the delivery window and not on a fixed time (meaning your address may be at the beginning or end of the route). Please ensure your phone is available at all times.

One delivery rescheduling is allowed (maximum of 5 days). Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will bear the shipping fees.

Address modification is not allowed once the order is out for delivery. If the customer changes the address upon delivery and any issue occurs, the customer will bear the shipping fees.

Please note that shipping fees are charged for the service of delivering the product to the customer.
